Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Fellows Collective, we aim to provide exceptional value and transparent membership options. We understand that needs may change, and this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting an official cancellation request through our online Cancellation Form or by emailing our support team using the registered email address.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

• Monthly Memberships:
  Payments already processed for the current month are non-refundable, but no further charges will occur after cancellation.

• Annual Memberships:
  Annual memberships are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once activated.

• Enterprise Memberships:
  Refunds and early termination rules follow the terms outlined in the Enterprise Agreement and may be subject to minimum contract periods.

3. Add-Ons (Utilities, Food, Alcohol, Marketing, or Additional Services)
Add-on services can be cancelled at any time. Charges already processed are non-refundable, but future billing will stop at the end of the current service cycle.

4. Supplier Agreements
Suppliers have separate terms and conditions regarding cancellation or withdrawal, as outlined in the Supplier Agreement.

5. Termination by The Fellows Collective
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if there is misuse, breach of terms, or non-payment. In these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and may be withheld.
